“One of the Michigan Interfaith Trust Fund’s borrowers was recently awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.  The Trust Fund has made three loans to Southwest Housing Solutions.  Most recently we closed on a $550,000 loan in December to refinance the Springwells Partners project which consisted of 54 affordable apartments and 6,500 square feet to commercial space.
