Evening for Economic Justice 2009

On the evening of November, 5, 2009 the Michigan Interfaith Trust Fund held its 17th annual “Evening for Economic Justice” hosted at the Detroit Yacht Club, on Belle Isle in Detroit, Michigan.  The “Evening”consisted of a wine and cheese reception with entertainment, an excellent full course dinner and presentations by Marc Craig, President/CEO of Community Housing Network, Inc, and Lisa Johanon, Executive Director of Central Detroit Christian CDC.

The Trust Fund Board  presented our President/CEO – Christine A. Coady with a gift and thanked her for 20 years of service. 

The “Evening” concluded with an afterglow in the main ballroom with music  by smooth jazz artist Phil Denny of “Too Smooth for Notes”.

The Trust Fund would sincerely like to thank all that attended with special thanks to our sponsors Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), Flagstar Bank, Pitt McGehee Palmer Rivers & Golden, PC.O’Brien Construction Company, Inc. and Phil Denny for the outstanding musical entertainment.
